  • How much does a session cost?

    The fee is €70 per hour session for all services offered.
  • What is the difference between counselling and psychotherapy?

    Basically Counselling is a short term therapy where issues and concerns are addressed. Psychotherapy is a more long-term, deeper process.
  • What happens if I cancel a session?

    Once you give 24 hours notice of cancellation no fee will be charged.
  • How long will I need to attend therapy?

    This depends and varies from client to client. Some find a period of 6 weeks to be sufficient, more opt for a longer process. We review this along the way.
  • What does MIACP, MBACP(accred.) mean?

    Being an 'accredited' therapist with the Irish and British Associations of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP/BACP) means that I am qualified to work to recognised standards of professional competence and abide by an ethical framework for the counselling and psychotherapy professions. It also means that I am required to: Attend regular supervision with an accredited clinical supervisor, Constantly update my knowledge and skills through Continuous Professional Development(CPD), Be Garda Vetted, Maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance.
